Keith is our founder and Senior Financial Advisor with over 30 years of experience helping clients achieve their goals. He helps each one understand their current financial situation and the surest path to help them grow and manage their wealth. They can rest easy knowing they have the experienced guidance and support they need from an advisor who makes them a priority.
Keith genuinely cares for his clients and prioritizes their needs, which enables him to build lasting relationships. He’s with them every step of the way. He celebrates their victories, cheers them on through their challenges, and makes sure they have everything they need to live their best life. He becomes a source of accountability, helping clients take the action they need to reach their goals.
Many of Keith’s clients have an entrepreneurial spirit he recognizes and respects from his own journey with his practice. This gives him unique insights into the routines, mindset, and needs of business owners. He helps them answer the important questions they may not have even considered, finds planning opportunities that align with their values, and helps them for the next phase of their lives and careers.
Effective financial planning helps them manage and protect what they’ve built. Keith uses a “mind map” method based on detailed conversations about their money, lives, and goals. This lets him create individualized strategies backed by an unsurpassed commitment to service. He works hard to ensure clients have the cash flow they need for retirement, strong succession plans, and a strong financial foundation as a lasting legacy for their loved ones.
Keith earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in 1991 and began his practice on February 1st, 1997. To better support his clients, Keith holds the designations of Certified Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), both earned through The American College in Pennsylvania, as well as the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, obtained through the Boston Institute of Finance. He is a member and former President of Brazos Valley Estate Planning Council, has served for years as an officer (including as Treasurer and President) for the Central Texas Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (a chapter of NAIFA), and was named to the Forbes’ Top Financial Security Professionals Best-In-State List for Texas in 2022-2024.
After meeting in college, Keith and his wife Julia were married in 1993. Proud residents of Caldwell, Texas, they’ve formed deep roots in the community and have two adult sons, Colton and Caleb, who still live in the area. Colton is an Engineer, and Caleb joined Keith’s firm as a Financial Advisor in 2024.
Keith and Julie have a ranch they enjoy on the weekend and time off. They raise quail and enjoy the area’s wildlife, including turkey, ducks, deer, and bobcats. They’re joined on the ranch by their three dogs: a Vizsla named Pipa, Little Bean the sweetest bully pit imaginable, and a mixed-breed named Annie Oakley they rescued after she was abandoned on their property. The ranch also features a cabin from 1897 that has been extensively renovated to include electricity and running water.
